Develop and manage user requirements Participate in and document requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders Translate requirements into detailed specifications Write customer requirement and system design documents Develop and maintain requirements matrices Serve as liaison between technical staff and users during software development Lead small project efforts

| Qualifications: |
2-4 years proven experience as a business analyst in IT 2+ years in SDLC methodology Bachelor's degree required Experience with HTML, CSS, and Web-based applications Advanced MS Office experience is required; Visio is a plus Detail-oriented Excellent oral and writing communication and interpersonal skills are a must Knowledge of XML is a plus
